B. To authorize the recycling Coordinator, William A. Burkhardt, Jr., to submit the Annual Tonnage Grant Application for 2009.
C. To comply with the Attorney General’s request to extend the fingerprinting requirements for applicants seeking a license through Legalized Games of Chance through April 30th, 2010.
D. To renew the Interlocal Agreement with Wall Township for the utilization of their Crisis Intervention Team.
E. To authorize the utilization of $300,000.00 in deferred tax in the 2010 Municipal Budget.
