NEW BUSINESS: Application for Variance for Block 93.01, Lot 4, 413 Laurel Avenue, owned by Daniel D. Girdner, to allow construction of a 636 square foot addition to a single family dwelling. Rear Yard Setback - 40 feet required, 13.5 feet proposed, 26.5 foot variance requested.
