OLD BUSINESS: Letter from Louis Felicetta asking for a postponement for the Michael Vesuvio continued application, Block 48.01, Lots 10 & 10.01, 314 1/2 Fisk Avenue, now to be heard on March 10, 2009.

Revised application for Subdivision for Block 25.01, Lots 6 & 7, 522, 528 & 528 1/2 Longstreet Avenue, owned by Richard & Myra Strucek. Two plans submitted, one for a 3 lot subdivision & one for a 4-lot subdivision.
