NEW BUSINESS: Application for Block 23.01, Lot 4 & Lot 5, 403 & 417 Higgins Avenue, owned by D & M Realty (403 Higgins Ave.) and 417 Higgins Ave., LLC (417 Higgins Ave.), Preliminary & Final Site Plan approval to raze residential structure at 403 Higgins Avenue and construct a two-story office building and do site work along Higgins Avenue.

Application for Block 64.03, Lot 8, 642 Rankin Road, owned by Walter & Elizabeth Wall, Minor Subdivision with Lot Width variance and Accessory Building Side Setback variance.
