NEW BUSINESS: Application for Block 55.01, Lot 6, 105 Manasquan Avenue, owned by Robert & Marilyn Sauer, and Block 55.01, Lot 11, 102 Ocean Avenue, owned by Roger & Jane Glynn, to allow another Minor Subdivision to increase lot 11 and decrease lot 6. Minimum Side Setback, second dwelling – 8 feet required, 1.5 feet existing, 6.5 foot variance requested. Minimum Rear Setback – 25 feet required, 10 feet existing, 15 foot variance requested. Use Variance also requested for 2 dwellings on one lot (lot 11).

Application for Block 107.02, Lot 14, 1008 Sunset Drive, owned by Eric & Kathryn Beelitz, to allow construction of a roofed front porch. Minimum Front Setback – 40 feet required, 34.1 feet proposed, 5.9 foot variance requested.
